The time required to prepare an order for shipping varies. Please check individual product listings for specific details.

Estimated Shipping Times:

  • United Kingdom: 8–14 business days (based on the shipping method).
  • United States: 6–14 business days (based on the shipping method).
  • Europe: 8–14 business days (based on the shipping method).

While we strive to meet these shipping estimates, delivery times cannot be guaranteed as they may depend on the chosen shipping method.

Customs and Import Taxes:
Buyers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

If a package is not received due to customer refusal, non-payment of import customs fees, or is returned to us by the postal service after an attempted delivery, a partial refund will be issued provided the package is returned to us in good condition. The refund will cover the item's price, excluding shipping costs, processing fees, and any applicable customs fees or taxes. Buyers are responsible for these costs.

Damaged Items/Pieces

If any items arrive damaged, please contact us immediately. We will either issue a partial refund for the damaged items or provide replacements, as appropriate.

Nature of Our Products

Our ceramics are handmade and hand-painted, which may result in slight variations in color, brightness, intensity, shape, and weight. These characteristics add to their unique, artisanal charm.

Shipping Delays

We handle and ship all orders with care to ensure timely delivery. However, delivery times may vary depending on the destination country and courier services.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, and refunds cannot be issued for orders still in transit.
  • In rare cases of shipping delays, we kindly ask for your patience while awaiting your package.
  • If a package is lost or not delivered within 60 days from the order date, we will issue a full refund.

Returns and Exchanges:

  • Returns: We do not accept returns.
  • Cancellations: We do not accept cancellations. However, feel free to contact us if you experience any issues with your order.

    Conditions of Return:

    • Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.
    • If the item is not returned in its original condition, buyers are responsible for any loss in value.
