Returns: We don't accept returns and exchanges
- Cancellations: We do not accept cancellations. However, feel free to contact us if you experience any issues with your order.
Conditions of Return:
- Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- If the item is not returned in its original condition, buyers are responsible for any loss in value.
Refunds:
- If a package is not received due to customer refusal, non-payment of import customs fees, or is returned to us by the postal service after an attempted delivery, a partial refund will be issued provided the package is returned to us in good condition. The refund will cover the item's price, excluding shipping costs, processing fees, and any applicable customs fees or taxes. Buyers are responsible for these costs.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, and refunds cannot be issued for orders still in transit.
- In rare cases of shipping delays, we kindly ask for your patience while awaiting your package.
- If a package is lost or not delivered within 60 days from the order date, we will issue a full refund.
